There is an unknown conflict with the Korean version of MS-Office 2010 on Windows 7 computers (perhaps other OS as well) and the ability for ElumTools to obtain a license from the LAI Network Service. The workaround is as follows:
- Uninstall ElumTools
- Uninstall MS Office 2010 Korean IME
- Reinstall ElumTools latest version (>=2015.12, 2016.9, 2017.5)
