Calculation point markers, legend gradient, and Spatial Maps not displaying in a Revit View Print

The View/Hide Results command does not display the gradient color for the calculation point makers, legend, and Spatial Maps when the Model Display Style is set to "Wireframe".

Setting the Model Display Style to "Hidden Line" will display the results correctly.
