Sometimes after invoking the View Results command, the calculation point values will be difficult to read.  Either because the text is too small, or because it is too large, resulting in the discrete point-by-point values overlapping one another.  Here are some tips for cleaning things up.

Option 1 (Easiest)

Adjust the Revit View Scale as shown below.  The calc point text size will update accordingly.  Of course, this isn't always a workable option if you require your plans to be a particular scale.  But it is a fast and simple way to render the calculation point values legibly.  

Option 2 (Better)

The "correct" way to a adjust the text size is in the Revit Analysis Display Settings of the View you're working in.  See below for how to access these settings.

This process can be somewhat cryptic however, since (at the time of writing) Revit only allows you to assign Text Types which have been previously defined in the model.This often means you have to create your own Text Types to suit your needs.  Revit provides several ways to do this.  Here is one good method.

1. Place some annotation Text in the model (or select some that you already have).

2. Click “Edit Type”.

3. Duplicate the Type and configure the parameters as desired.

4. The Type you created in step 2 will then be available next time you go into the Analysis Display Settings dialog.

Frequent Revit users often find it useful to set up Template files (.rte files) with all the Text Types they may potentially need, to avoid having to repeat this procedure on every new project.
