Purchases of new subscriptions or renewal existing subscriptions can be enrolled into Automated Recurring Billing (ARB). The ARB process will automatically charge your credit card (or ACH account) on your renewal date so you never have to worry about your software expiring. With ARB the software simply continues to function into the new subscription term transparent to the user.

To select ARB while shopping in our E-Store, add your subscription selection to the cart, then check the ARB checkbox on the item line as shown below.

NOTE:  You many only purchase one ARB item at a time.  If you wish to enroll into ARB for other subscriptions, simply purchase on a separate cart transaction.

Your total will be the amount charged to your card on an annual or monthly basis depending on your subscription term selection. An email receipt will be sent on confirmation of your order. Charges are made to your card at 2 AM the day following the transaction for your initial order. Subsequent renewals will occur on the start date.

If this is your first shopping experience with us you will be able to add your credit card details to our secure payment gateway Authorize.Net in the next step as shown below.

If you have an existing card on file with Authorize.Net you will have the option to select that as well.

IMPORTANT: Lighting Analysts does not maintain your credit card information. This is stored securely with Authorize.Net.

You receive an email notice 3-days prior to the upcoming renewal.
If you wish to disable ARB contact Lighting Analysts.  

We are unable to interrupt an upcoming ARB charge unless 2 or more day notice is provided.

Include the LAI Account number with the product on ARB in all correspondence.

You receive notice in advance of the charge if your credit card is expired.

We are unable to update your credit card information on ARB.  Simply allow the subscription to expire and purchase new subscription with current updated credit card information.
