- This error is the result of the DotNetZip.dll file not being copied correctly.


There are a few ways to fix this.

First close Revit.


Option 1

1. Open Programs and Features within your Control Panel.

2. Find your installation(s) of ElumTools and click on Modify.

3. In the following window Click 'Next' and then select Repair. The installation should now be repaired.

Option 2  (if Option 1 doesn't work)
1. Download DotNetZip.dll
2. Copy the Dll to C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\<yyyy>\!ElumTools.bundle
a. Where <yyyy> is the major version of Revit.
3. Open Revit and see if it fixes the problem.

Option 3 (if Option 2 doesn't work)
1. Uninstall ElumTools from your Programs and Features section of your Control Panel.
2. With Revit closed, re-install ElumTools
3. Restart Revit and it should be fixed.
