The luminous dimensions in the IES file are used to describe the aperture from which the luminaire emits light. When defining a luminaire in AGi32, these dimensions become the “Luminous Box”. Improperly created IES files, mis-applied symbols, and user mistakes can cause calculations and renderings to be incorrect.
