Issue

AutoCAD supports at least 2 types of fonts; True Type (a native Windows format) and shx (an Autodesk format). More Info.

When AGi32 imports MText (Multiline Text), it uses the font data to estimate the width of the text block to apply text wrapping.  With a non-native Windows font (Autodesk shx), the font file can't be found.  Meaning, the width can't be estimated and the program puts all the MText lines onto a single line (on top of one another).

Work-Around

For best results importing DWG files into AGi32, use a True Type font for all text entities.
