If your software all of a sudden has a problem maintaining a valid license, when before all was okay, it's possible that we've modified a web server page on our licensing server and you are still using the old page, if it has been cached on your system or network. To clear the cache follow these steps:


1. Open your Internet Explorer (IE) browser

2. Click on Tools->Internet Options

3. In the General tab, click the Delete... button in the Browsing History section

4. Select the following checkboxes (see image) and click Delete




This should clear the browser cache thus allowing the program to refresh the web pages used by the license server.
