AGi32 and Photometric Toolbox (PTB) need the Windows Regional Settings to have "Decimal separator" set to a period ("."), NOT a comma (","), and to have "Display leading zeros" set to "0.7" rather than something else. If either or both these settings is incorrect, a message similar to the one below will appear when running AGi32 or PTB. This video (on YouTube) will show how to access and change the Regional Settings under Windows 10 so AGi32 and Photometric Toolbox should be able to run correctly.
