Opening an InRoads file from ProjectWise generates unhandled exceptions/errors when AGi32 is installed on the same computer. The errors do not occur when AGi32 is not installed or has been uninstalled.

Bentley has not fixed or determined the root of the issue. However, they have provided a workaround:

• Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\MicroStation\config\app
• Locate and renamed subsurface.cfg file to subsurface.cfg.old
