Sometimes one of our programs may encounter an unhandled exception. What this means is that an error has occurred that the software is unable to handle with built-in error handling.

You may see an error message similar to the image below. 

What to do:

1. Click on the Details button to expand it to show details. 

2. Copy the full error details.

3.  Open a Support Ticket and paste those details along with any other relevant information so our support team can track down the cause of the Unhandled Exception.
