Problem: AGi32 may crash when running certain commands or tools on an external monitor plugged into your computer via a docking station or another connection method. However, AGi32 will likely work as intended on your main laptop or monitor. Sometimes the graphics card or display adapter does not process a program correctly in Windows if the monitor is not considered the Main Display.
Potential Solution: Make your external monitor the Main Display.
1. Go to the Display Settings in Windows.
2. Select the external monitor.
3. Scroll down and check the box to Make this my main display.
