Problem: 

The ElumTools calculation viewer is unresponsive when display on a secondary monitor.  

This could be due to a docking station or another connection method. Sometimes the graphics card or display adapter does not process a program correctly in Windows if the monitor is not considered the Main Display. 

Potential Solution: Make Monitor 1 the Main Display and open Revit on Monitor 1. 

1. Go to the Display Settings in Windows.

2. Select Monitor 1.

3. Check the box to make Monitor 1 the main display.

4. Open Revit on Monitor 1 and invoke the Calculate command.
